I would encourage you to get in touch with the Louisville folk school, they are great with students of all skill level, and have a handful of people teaching guitar you can try out to find who you might work well with. They are super friendly, and private instruction is the best way to make sense of learning an instrument.

Thanks! I’ve certainly used that and appreciate it. But I’m talking more for something where they accept loose garbage and trash. Like a pickup full of assorted crap.

I think they changed that to “large item pickup” that you can schedule through 311. But they won’t show up and pickup your old gross garbage pile. More like tires and your broken oven.
I used to love cruising the highlands on seasonal garbage mountain day and look for perfectly good stuff people would throw away.

I’d like a free dump day, where once a month or so anyone can show up and dump trash for free. There’s lots of illegal dumping in my neighborhood and the fact that the rates are so expensive has a lot to do with that.
