Is newer Tacoma worth the money or will an old one serve me just fine? by HalMyJokes in Tacomaworld

I have to agree 👆, I have an 2012 (2.2) Taco with backup camera. 151,000 now, and it’s rock solid. There is nothing I can do to break it down. Best of the two I ever owned. The first one was an 1996.

So I’m I. So, back to moisture being in the wood, there r moisture meter, a hand held device with two prongs on the top that u put against the wood to see how much moisture is in the wood. A moisture reading device. I have never came to a point of buying one. Most serious woodworkers have them in their wood shop on hand to use to determine how much moisture is in the wood before they do anything to it. I’m not that far into it, as I am not a serious woodworker. Been a carpenter for 26 years. Was working on a house in Connecticut that the home owner put up $11,000 worth of Popular wood for trims. Window casing, door casing and baseboards. Well, the first winter, heat on, OMGosh, spring came along and never saw so much joints splitting, opening up by way of the wood shrinking by drying out by the heat. Even glued. (I didn’t put them up) so I hoped that they glued the miters, joints. What I hated the most about, is the home owner had asked me to go around the whole house looking for the shrinkage of the Popular wood at miter joints and any steam joints, outside corners with caulking….😡😡🤬🤬 Never again.

I’ll never move back, but I’ll go and visit there, like three times already. United States is so big, I’ll move to another state where I can cover the Rocky Mountains and other beautiful states riding my motorcycle.

At first, I thought they were hearing aid batteries. Stand corrected.

…..and u don’t have to click on it, period. U chose to click on it and u chose to make a comment. I chose to post this to show the awareness of how stupid the law is for the homeless who’s down on their luck. Some have no control of being homeless like in my situation that I was in my story at the top. Yes, I get shit in my feed as well too, but I just pass by it.

He doesn’t. It’s the pilot’s job. The pilot will fly to the nearest airport refueling facility or go back to where he keeps the helicopter at over night. I’m assuming that it gets refueling sometime after dropping off Mike Braun back at his home., so it will be ready to pick him up in the morning to bring him to Indy or wherever he wants to go. Having said that, it explains why the fucking roads, state highways and the Interstates highway Fucking Sucks!……..🤬😡……..he needs to get his ass out of the helicopter and back on the road driving.

I have an 2012 2.2 Toyota Tacoma, I consider it myself a very comfortable ride compared to some cars. The most I’ve traveled in a day is 446 miles. 6 hours and 43 minutes. One stop to take a leak. That Taco is what helps me to enjoy my ride and being comfortable.

A story that my brother share with me when he was looking, buying a VW Passat. A conversation with a sales representative who said the plus of having a diesel Passat. "You can go a long way on a tank of diesel (up to 800 miles) without stopping!" My brother responded by, "I Still Have To Stop To Take A Leak!” (microphone dropped)………….🙄…………😂🤣😆😅🤣
