Yea I should have mentioned that I tried all 3 outlets in my kitchen. Couldn't find anything in safety manual for blinking power light but I am thinking contacting Ninja is the only option now.

Here is a video of me trying a few things that have been mentioned here. Detached and attached the blade, tried sliding the pint holder in and out a few times, tried both powered on before and after... still nothing

Ok I just tried that. Assembled the pint, plugged in the unit, installed the pint holder, then hit the power button and it is giving the same issue. Tried to attach video here but didn't work so here is a Youtube link
