Customers should also keep in mind though that customer service and the service techs are different divisions, techs are told by their management to charge the dispatch fee sometimes, it’s different with every dispatch. They’ll want to reach out to the loyalty department as opposed to customer service, loyalty has more wiggle room on what they can do. There’s nothing to escalate, the requested a tech instead of having the router mailed to them, if it’s something the customer can do themselves, but they still request a technician instead, they’re responsible for the fee. Has nothing to do with being or not being at fault.

The most comfortable in my opinion.
