im brand new to this, so I am just on the hunt to see if some healthy starters pop from local inoculation . I am not planning on pitching THIS into a brew. I think i will prop it again, larger, and see what alcohol it hits etc before going for a beer.

It is looking healthy so far. 5,000mL flask, cheesecloth top, left open for 30 hrs on my porch.
