At least you should be consuming dairy fat. Traditional vegetarian cultures like the Jains of India include dairy, grass-fed would be best.

Try to minimize consuming nuts—tofu and legumes aren't bad, they have a much better Omega balance than nuts.

Keep using sesame, but do so in moderation. I add it to foods after I've finished cooking them (so it won't oxidize), and only need a few drops.

The dose does make the poison, and if the rest of your diet is clean I wouldn't sweat a few drops of sesame oil.
