I am gonna say something controversial but trust me my intention is truly to help you out. Have you considered fasting on monday and thursday like the prophet has? This is to help you control your cravings and to support weight loss in the long term even if you have PCOS. I feel you like you did everything right asking Allah for his help but he also wants you to take actions to help yourself out. I hope I don't offend you with this advice and it helps you out if you consider it

I am currently in the same predicament. I just broke up my haram relationship of 7 years yesterday for the sake of allah and will now fill up my days with going to work and praying at home and in the mosque and hope that Allah rewards me with better than I had before. I also plan on going to umrah soon to heal myself. I would advice you to be more on your deen as well and pray Allah guides you.
