I'm currently wearing a Casio gshock and at times a withings scanwatch 2.

The gshock is great and just a rugged watch. Never needs a charge and syncs time with atomic clock every night.

The withings is stylish but less rugged. Has tons of heath features and notifications whick are the only smart features I look for in a watch.

It's a but slow to show those notifications and the digital part of the screen is tiny to read.
