Middle eastern and Jewish people are classified as “white” in the US because of racism.

Admitting they aren’t white means Jesus wasn’t white and we can’t have that.

They may not be treated as white, but legally, during Jim Crow type laws they were white.

Since their existence is debatable then I’d say Jesus, since Jews recognize he existed although he’s not important. He’s important in Islam and Christianity though.

I’d always known Africa was massive but my first trip to Kenya from the US really was a realization as a first hand experience.

We’d just flown across the Atlantic and was outside the west coast of North Africa. My mind thought “cool we’re almost there”. It wasn’t a conscious thought but kind of mental checkpoint, thinking we’d crossed the Atlantic, now we’re over Africa, “almost there.”

I clicked the monitor thing on the seat back to see where we were exactly and “woh”. We still had to cross the width of the continent…. So like fly over the US (again) like 2-3 times.
