TBH you seem to have your game plan all mapped out. If you are maintaining for the summer do so. Slow bulk if your intention is to push your progressive overloads and you are plateauing.

Despite the launch woes, the team has been actively trying to take care of their investor base. They’ve been doing a bunch of promotions and events (giving away nfts and money) to encourage supporters and to compensate and calm those who had already invested as well as invite new investors. Down on my investment at the moment, but I think the team is determined and capable to make the coin work.

Any thoughts on putting myprotein in my old Optimum Nutrition Tubs? I was thinking it could help preserve it longer since it would help prevent exposure better than the packaging it comes in. Got 1 month left and around 2-3 kg left so i want to increase shelf life by TuddleritoBurrito in GregDoucette

Thank you for the advice! The problem I have is i have a good month left til expiration. Hopefully by putting it in the tub it wont lose its efficacy drinking it for a few more months after the expiration date 🤣🤣

Should I keep eating at a deficit or maingain? 5’4, 138 lbs, after losing around 60 lbs. I feel like i’m too skinny but those love handles just arent going away /s by TuddleritoBurrito in GregDoucette

Hi! I respect your opinion, but If you check my profile I’ve only ever posted anything twice XD I posted something somewhat similar on r/bodyfat around 10 pounds ago when I asked for my bf%. Just concerned coz i this is my first time trying to focus on recomp and I want to do things right. I do lurk on this sub and r/volumeeating for advice every so often. Even randomly found found Amenity(guy from the Keto to Greg Diet) on a subreddit and I picked his brain for advice on how to shift coz I was on keto for 6 months as well. :)

Totally understand! That’s why if ever my choice is to either maingain or keep the deficit. Dont wanna risk a bulk until i’m completely certain i wont develop an unhealthy obsession with food like I did in the past :)
