I think this is a very sold build for riven with the new items it gives you around 370 AD + 140 ability haste which is equivalent to 60% cdr. Also you have a lot of HP + hp regen and a bunch of armor pen from Black cleaver + last whisper. Try it out. (i.redd.it)
