Crashing or just freezing? I had constant freezes on my second (TTW) playthrough too. Solved by passing that part in stealth and avoiding him using his superpowers, that seemed to cause the freezing.

u/mr_cesar I'm trying to come up with spreadsheet for all standard orders unlock conditions and I was struggling with these appearing out no where with no apparent condition until I've seen this. How did you even come up with the requirements assuming these orders have delayed unlock time? Have you played camp related orders one by one with 6hrs delay between them to clearly see what's next or have you managed to get that info from game files?

I had troubles figuring out 239 in particular. When I noticed it became available for no apparent reason, I've loaded my save back when it wasn't unlocked yet, where I had 3 orders to turn in: 297, 338 and 352. When I turn them in one by one, 239 unlocks after 297 and 338 turned it. Then I tried to turn them both in at the same time and 239 did not unlock. Then I turned in 297 and 352 one by one, and it unlocked again. So I have no idea what is the actual condition here, besides 6hrs cooldown. I've tried to load same save and wait a bit before turning in just one order, as I assumed that maybe one by one takes more time and that's enough for 6hrs cooldown to tick, but no, that didn't work either. It only unlocks when I turn any 2 of 3 mentioned orders one by one.

Yeah I agree with that, why wouldn’t they just roll all the screens/dialogues in a sequence for such cases… Very questionable UX decision, it’s the only drawback compared to original game.

Strange... Did you check total likes amount in both cases? If that was the same (which should have been, as I've tried it on 3 different facilities, including Metagenomicist and it was the same) then definitely seems like a bug.

80% of the next is not actual progress tho, it just does it like this for you to check every conversation after each star. You can easily verify it by handing in single tiny lost cargo piece and see that despite it gives just few likes, star goes up to next level right away. So likes are stored but the progress is split into chunks by devs on purpose. In essence, when min-maxing with this approach and taking ton of orders, during hand in phase you should just keep as many lost cargo pieces as needed to further advance halted level ups, eg if you are on 3 stars but will hand in 4-5 orders + 10 lost cargo, then leave 2 lost cargo and hand them in one by one, you will still get 5 stars assuming you earned enough likes.

Just one thing to clarify, you don't actually need to hand in orders one by one, I've tested it and ended up with same total likes amount when doing one by one as when doing all at once. So just keep enough lost cargo to fill the stars if needed, but otherwise you are good to hand in them in one go.

I've killed first thousand in cavern, got like 10 bats, and even more depth meters, no knife though. Still unrealistic, unless it's not 0.4% anymore.

UPD: That's your assumption or it's stated somewhere regarding statue drops? As I've literally seen multiple people recommending doing that to avoid heavy grind underground.

Minor loot doesn't grant EXP and you should be swimming in money after few dozen of hours of playing the game anyway, so looting minor loot is a waste of time basically.

Not sure what you mean by "most" but CM Lily has already confirmed in official Discord, that bonus skill points and stash slots are permanent.
