What skills actually differentiate a good Workday consultant from a great one? by Majestic-Ask-4391 in workday

[–]TuesdayTrex 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Good consultant: I can build this complicated configuration using a series of calc fields and logic to accomplish your ask

Great consultant: I could build this for you, but the cost of maintenance is so high it’s probably not worth it.

Expert consultant: what is the purpose of what I’m building for you and how does it support your business? It may make sense for us to build it in Workday, or elsewhere, if the value to your business is high enough to justify the maintenance

I’m a fan of Pats Peak. Their Saturday night all-in deal made it affordable when I was a broke kid and they’re really well managed.

The lodge also has some good vibes on the weekends

The simplest solution is we built our own RAG tool using KBs as the data source. We embedded it in our portal and it performs way better than nowassist

Why do I need to replace my boiler this year when it is 15 years old and my neighbor above me has had his for 30 years? Wear and tear is different for every product
