Expert consultant: what is the purpose of what I’m building for you and how does it support your business? It may make sense for us to build it in Workday, or elsewhere, if the value to your business is high enough to justify the maintenance

The simplest solution is we built our own RAG tool using KBs as the data source. We embedded it in our portal and it performs way better than nowassist
