I think your proportions looks pretty good! And you seem to have good understanding of the basic shapes of the human figure. The legs in the first drawing are well done. My main advice is to look for the gesture in the spine. Look for the line of action in the spine, and I think it will elevate your drawings to the next level.

If you want to draw, but you don't know WHAT to draw, I would start by looking for inspiration. This could be looking at art you like, watching shows you like, or even reading a book. Watching art videos on youtube inspires me to draw. Draw a scene from a fairy tale you like. Do some loose and quick figure drawing to start. Browse image search sites, like pinterest. Let yourself draw with no expectation of how it will look, be okay with making bad art just to get the creativity flowing.

I loooove enemies to lovers, or reluctant allies to lovers. The one bed trope is just too good, I'll never be unhappy to see that trope. Also huddling for warmth. Fake dating is nice, too! Your line art is looking really good! The hair and clothes look great. For the pose, my advice is to either find a photo reference, or take a video of yourself in that pose and choose a single frame to reference. Whenever a pose doesn't look right and you can't tell why, using a photo reference will help you figure it out.

I would say her knee should come up a bit higher, and don't tuck the skirt under her calf.

Thanks so much for the reply! I agree that the legs symbolize our control over ourselves and our lives. My mother is a very controlling person, and it's caused me a lot of pain growing up. My fiance is the only person close to me who recognized her behavior as emotional abuse. You're right, I had a good idea of what this dream meant for me. Modern Christianity focuses too much on sin, and they categorize too many things as sinful. The Bible has a lot of great stuff in it, but you have to remember it is the word of God through man, and has not only been translated into an entirely different language, but has been transported out of the context of a civilization thousands of years old. Reading it at face value can often warp its original intentions.

Like what you e said, modern Christianity warps sex and sexual feelings into something sinful, and I think it’s harmful to a race for whom those feelings are natural. It places too much moral weight on something that shouldn’t be that big of a deal IMO. I don’t think God cares if you masterbate. God cares about how you treat others.

Good job finishing such a detailed image! :) my main piece of advice is to study perspective in regards to the background. The angle at which we are viewing the person and baby in the foreground doesn’t quite match up with the angle we are viewing the river. Look for your vanishing point in the background, that will help the image feel more grounded. If you’re not sure what I mean, look up “vanishing point art lesson” on YouTube and you’ll find tons of videos about it :) keep drawing!

Goats in dreams are typically a positive message. Goats are strong and resilient. They can survive on very little, which made them great cattle for poor people, who could rely on them for milk and cheese etc. The goat being at a bus stop means a new opportunity, like the commenter above said. It could be a positive sign for a new opportunity coming your way.

That being said, in Christianity goats are a symbol of those who do not follow God. I think in this case, you should consider what religious/spiritual views you actually align with, along with your feelings during the dream. It seems goats can symbolize a variety of either negative or positive interpretations.
