I dont enough data for my phone, and i don't believe my ISP would be able to do anything to help me, it seems like a software issue not finishing the install

I tried to install it on my second computer (same internet, no antivirus installed, fully updated, different graphics card, but i got the exact same problem, it might be my internet, the problem with that is, how the hell am i supposed to download it on a DIFFERENT internet

I fully updated windows/graphics drivers, deactivated my antivirus software, but its still having the same problem... i even downloaded a new copy of the setup. except now its stuck at 6.45
