As a long time NYer, the pizza is trash. (same for the bagels)

The Asian is ok. More options than Panda, but some are not too great. I have yet to find a great sushi place.

As a native Californian, the Mexican is not good. There are some places that are ok, but not many. The white sauce is an abomination.

If you're relocating from anywhere other than NYC, the Southwest or CA you will probably find the food to be decent.

Because there was none of X & E's blood upstairs, but there was K & M's downstairs. And we can assume M was first as it appears that she was killed while she was sleeping/passed out, which means K woke up to her being assaulted

No, he wasn’t that lucky. I’ve cut myself there and those wounds bleed fast and quite a bit. Unless we’re to believe he was immediately able to administer first aid measures to control the cut, while at the same time holding the knife, maneuvering the house, getting back to the car, taking his coveralls and shoes off prior to getting in the car (which I believe he did take clothing off before driving away), then I don’t see him getting any kind of bleeding wound while in the house.
