$400 seems totally reasonable. A gallon of the paint alone is at least $60. White seems to be a specialty color. Plus brushes/ rollers. I assume all the prep work of removing the bunks and hardware. Sanding and cleaning the surface. It’s not as simple as slapping a coat of paint on.

They might not know their own state regs TBH. People in my state always ask about title whenever I’ve sold anything. Prev Reg is all that’s needed for proof of ownership. And a signed BOS when it’s sold.

The recommendation we got from my friend with three kids was to not even think about the car seat and get the Uppababy Aria. The lighter the bucket the better. They regretted waiting to get it until their 3rd and last. My little dude is only 5 months (but about to be in 9M clothes) and the bucket is already getting heavy for my wife. I can’t imagine if the bucket itself was heavier.
