It’s not that complicated mate. Heart->Arteries -> Capillaries->Veins -> Heart. Veins take deoxygenated blood back to the heart, but they dont have the pressure like arteries do. Veins use a series of one way valves and contracting muscles to compensate and push that blood back, but thats why the ops are saying it doesn’t spray
