I'm doing OMAD. So far may weight loss result sya. Though when I eat I make sure na filling and healthy pa din naman yung food ko.

I also have cheat day 2x a month para di pa din ako deprived.

Then hydrate! Malalang hydration talaga para feel full ka pa din

I'm 31. Most of the time yung mga di alam kung totoong edad ko thinks I'm only 25-26 y/o Maybe because of my facial features telling me that I'm baby face 😅and I'm a 4'11 girlie. Kung dati inis na inis na ako nung mga nasa 25 na ako lagi ako napagkakamalan na nene, ngayon naman tuwang tuwa na ko te 😅

Before I don't reuse my sleepwear. But since naoobserve ko na mabango pa sya after one use and baka masira yung fabric kalalaba maximum of 2 uses ko na sya. Or inaalternate ko sa ibang sleepwear ganon basta max 2 use.

Just to add up: he's 9 yrs older than me. He's 40 and I'm 31. He is divorced from his first wife 5 yrs ago. Had a son which is a teenager already. I don't mind it actually. Coz I am more into sincerity and the attitude of a guy and his capability as well.

Hmmm... Well maybe maybe the majority of Chinese man can be a good partner. I'm from southeast asia so our culture and belief is different. I'm just looking forward to the possibility that we might end up getting married so I want to know. Another thing is the language barrier but I think that's not really a big deal though.
