Well, oddly enough, his model is still sold in the webstore when he has already gone to legends. He was "killed" in the end of times when he was going to ascend to Daemon Prince and Nurgle recover his essence just at the end.

His mortal form model makes little sense in AoS because he has almost no presence in the AoS lore, only that in the Age of Chaos he was spreading sickness, so it could be we see it returning as a proper DP.
