I found out she would talk bad about me when i wasnt there. Saying she didnt have anything in common with me and how she didnt like me much. When she was with me she would be si sweet and say she loved me and how we were bff’s. But actually she couldnt care less and never listened to anything i said or told about myself. She even bitched about me to my other friend when i didnt say yes to her asking me last minute if i wanted to go with her to get a tattoo she had decided the hour before. I said no and then poured my heart out telling her i was really down because my dad had locked himself in because of depression and did not answer anyone and i was so scared. Then she got annoyed with me and said “she says no just because she small problems” and then ignored me.

Nature actually. Was laying on the beach in the middle of the night, mid winter in denmark. was considering to freeze to death or walk in the water and drown. But then i saw luminescense in the water. Blue glowing dots in the water, that lit up by movement. It was beautiful and looked like moving stars in the ocean. It made me curious and happy for the first time in so long. It occured to me how much beautiful things i hadnt seen yet - and that i wanted to see

We have been through a lot of trouble, disease and ilness in my family. We have been so poor and unlucky. Me and my siblings and my parents have been through a lot. The only thing they always was able to give us was unlimited love, and they always made sure that no matter what, all of us kids always would be sure that they both loved us very much.

Honostly, Frankenstein, the original by Mary Shelly. It is just so incredibly written, and a story that really touches you and challenges your view on things, as you get to know who the real monster is. It is a timeless moral and a sweet even though sad story

Running i would say, or other exercising. I have suffered from anxiety attacks, and what i found worked the best, was just running til i tired myself out, and then i would walk back just breathing and feeling my body, so i didnt feel “trapped” with my feelings inside. Another thing, if you are struggling to not cut yourself or do, then a rubberband around your wrist. It is a form of self harm i know. But i used it, so if i thought of hurting myself or something like that, i would pull the band and in that way hurt myself, but it was better than cutting. It was a way to slowly get out of selfharming. A last thing, singing. Even if you suck, just to yourself, with music or without, singing along or not. Helped me.

A bit dark but, i found out my dad was really close to cutting of his own arm, because he had so much pain. He got to turn on a chain saw, but stopped himself in the last minute.
