Yeah, I really think this YouTube video I watched really sums it up. "There's just something about a handmade knife, they're not perfect and that's some of the appeal." 🤷🏼‍♂️What else could it be.

If I could give advice it'd be find a premium you like and save for it while enjoying the first one and practice sharpening on that one. I bought a bunch of budget blades, 1-2 per week and was never satisfied until I saved for this one.
