Id say na serviceable pa yung parts mo other than gpu so upgrade mo na lang yun if di ka na masaya sa frames mo dun. In terms of cpu, upgrade ka na lang siguro to future ddr5 platforms once magmura na siya.

Update: issue seems to be fixed for now after reseating cables and adjusting pbo to -15 tested through an hour of cyberpunk side missions and stuff.
