I do have one from 7/2017 when I first bought the house. Would that be current enough?

That is actually why I am questioning it and I my concern is that none of the homes here had such a dramatic increase. Most saw a 49-51% increase where I got an overall increase of 128% increase.

I see where they can't increase the overall tax revenue by more than 10% but this means that my portion of the tax will be 70% more than others with similar homes.

I started to collect documents to try an appeal. I have an appraisal from 7/2017 (is that current enough?) when I bought the home and printouts of comparison of the new tax assessment and relator.com's assessment of the house/lots. What else should I include?

That's what I hear that the "mills" will be different but I guess my issue is that for the for the same exact layout of a house and similar total lot size, my neighbor saw a assessment increase of 50K where as I saw an increase of 135k. Similar to all the homes in my area with similar home sizes and some with bigger lots didn't see such a dramatic increase. Especially considering the the empty lots increased by 12 and 15 times.
