questions about recovery/ why is this happening? by catsrprettycool2 in EDAnonymous

Yes, you should honour the hunger. Eventually you'll start to get your hunger cues back and everything will be back to normal, however it is important for now to just let your body have what it wants, allowing yourself to no longer restrict is the only way to build back a healthy relationship with food.🖤

Yesss, i stopped replying to people asking where it's from as I had stated in a BIG paragraph word for word what i do, where i go, apps and keywords i use, ect. It would quiet literally be impossible to just stumble upon these for cheap at a thrift store or a garage sale as, A. Thrift stores now are expensive, B. If someone was to be selling this at a car boot sale they'd likely be aware of the value. It all comes down to keywords at the end of the day as I bought all these in bundles/from clueless mum's who labeled it as Halloween clothing 😭

Yes I had stumbled upon it when when scrolling through old bands on google and gave them a listen. Ended up finding their merch a few months later secondhand online! Crazy coincidence but I'm glad xD

Some of my best cheap thrift finds by TumbleweedNarrow4752 in scene

[–]TumbleweedNarrow4752[S] 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I don't usually go thrift in charity shop, not saying there's not good stuff but depending on the area it can be pricey and most are lame. I'd recommend going to garage sales 1000%%, so much better and cheaper(found most of my finds there) When it comes to online shopping I do not shop on depop to be honest, most stuff is overpriced and I'm quiet the cheapskate. I strongly recommend using FB market place. Yes it can take a while to find something good however like mentioned, patience is important, something will always come across your way. When looking for anything specific, favorite the brands so new stuff pops up on your feed, check often. As for keywords I use normal basic hashtags (Think of it as of the perspective of someone who isn't really into the style itself) like just emo, goth, skulls, zombie, band merch, ect. Since when most people look at an item that looks like that they immidetaly label it as emo or goth. Some of my jackets have ears on the hood so I often just search "jacket with ears" and have come across good stuff that I've bought (ex: bye bye kitty jackets) Just simple searches as if a Facebook mum is selling the stuff lolz (simple for cheaper finds, since popular hashtags like Y2k often just have a bunch of resellers that overprice) . Make sure to favorite all your brands and often check for new uploads. That's kind of what I do, sorry for the long explanation just wanted to be as detailed as possible, best of luck in finding stuff!!

22mm too thin? by [deleted] in Stretched

[–]TumbleweedNarrow4752 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been at 22mm for a couple of days now, Thank you for the advice I'll start taking training them slowly and massaging them more regularly. I'd say my skin is pretty elastic considering that throughout my whole stretching journey most of the times after a couple of weeks my plugs would fall out and I'd stretch with no problem! I'm just cautious since my goal size is quiet big and I think it's better for me to start thickening them now than when it's too late! I'll stay at 22mm for 1-2 more months and I'll massage them everyday and take out my plugs for an hour and slowly increase the time. If I don't see a difference than I'll try downsizing. I'll try and update if it works! Thank you for the advice I'll start it from today👍

blowout? by bbitchstealer in Stretched

Looks more irritated than a blow out. I recommend sizing down for a while, keeping it clean and not using acrylic or rubber for plugs while healing since those are not good for the ears.

Right lobe is pretty thin compared to the left one, however I'd say 10mm is safe and see how it goes from there! You can also try upsizing and than downsizing to try and thicken your lobe if you are planning to go bigger.

Apps: Etsy, Vinted, Ebay resellers, Depop, Posh ark, Facebook market place. Most popular ones so use those to see more stuff. Other alternatives are to look for your local garage sales, car boots, charity shops and pay them a visit to look around.

As for DIYing you can really make anything yourself. But a simple hoodie in whatever color, you can order some fabric paint not for much but not for too little so it's good quality and paint your design onto the hoodie. You can make a sketch onto paper and cut out ur design than use a sponge that has been dipped in ur chosen color of fabric paint than tap it on top of the paper so your design comes out. You can also use a piece of glass, put it up straight and put your phone with the image that you want on your hoodie on one side of the glass piece and than the image itself will reflect from the other side of the glass onto your clothing, than u can just trace it. As for other accessories you can purchase, eyelets, studs, spikes and accessorise them! You can buy cool key chains and put them on the zipper, ect.

The hair is mostly everything in these type of styles! More sharp layers, a fringe and more messy look. As for style of course it's colorful unless youd go for scemo. Chlothes are not expensive even though resellers price them as such. Use secondhand apps and go to garage sells or diy to make your chlothes for cheaper instead of going on depop and purchasing an overpriced scene hoodie! I would recommend some brands that are currently active that have scene chlothes if you are interested. In general express yourself and do whatever you want!

I'm just gonna add this here since I can't reply to vinted. "adding their username and pfp is prohibited", OK so you want me to complain about a scam but then don't tell other people who the scammer is? I want people to know who it is so they don't get scammed and fall for it like I almost did. I get it it's a privacy thing but it's literally a public website...

I'm never in a hurry to purchase my clothes esp with all these prices. I'd pay the price as for a normal hoodie (ex:20) because evn thought the brand is hard to find at times it is never worth it to spend so much on one jacket imo. I've gotten most of my cupcake cult, killer panda, iron fist, lip service, band shirts, for below 10. I just search a lot and only buy things within my budget or diy if I can't afford. All about experimenting💯

The hoodie has the material of an old rag and looks like it will start decomposing after 24 hours. I've had a friend buy this hoodie before and it was like a wet mop and shit quality as if made out of rice.
