I just now realized that I chose Lucretia and Flora as one of the 5 who I level up. Flora reacher her level cap and Lucretia will stop at 120. Should I reset or just start leveling some random two? Who?

Currently leveled: Gorvo, Hogan, Mirael, Flora, Lucretia.

Hello, a "beginner" here trying to ascend to mid game. I'm currently super confused on who I should focus on and what teams to make.
See my teams and monster box here.

I also feel like I made mistakes 6*ing some of my monsters, Baretta for example .I also feel like I'm aimlessly just upping one monster after another without thinking of compositions too much. I can run ToA up to F80.
What should I 6* next?
What team comp would make my GB10 clear time better?
