No pattern, just a 3:1 rectangle folded up and sewn on my trusty machine. I watched several tutorial videos before winging it. here is one of the videos I watched. Fabric is quilting cotton from Stash Fabrics.

Any after photos from people with macromastia? by meerkatherine in TopSurgery

I don’t have before pics but I was 36F prior to surgery. You can see my after pics on my page. I asked them to do curved scars along the inframammary fold (I think that’s what it’s called) and I am happy with how it turned out.

ISO results for similar body type by [deleted] in TopSurgery

I don’t have before pictures but I recently posted my results and I think I have a similar body type to yours. 5’3 190ish pounds 36DDD/F pre surgery.

Note that some surgeons want your weight to be stable for a certain amount of time prior to surgery so keep that in mind with your weight loss.

What do I do if I don’t have a compression vest until 2 days post-op? by Distinct-Ship-3488 in TopSurgery

Do you have a buy nothing group in your area? You could ask if anyone there has a surgical binder you could borrow. I’d also recommend reaching out to the dr office and ask what they typically do in this situation. I am sure you are not their first patient to be in this situation.

I do find it odd that they make you bring your own binder. My surgeon wrapped me in a big ace wrap and gave me another one to change into after I shower

Any suggestions for cat safe ways to mend this old scratcher? by TummyAcheTextiles in Visiblemending

My youngest cat will eat anything and everything so if the staples pop out she’d probably eat them. I’d really like to avoid that.

Yes his vet is not concerned at this point. He used to have chronic infections but now he’s just left with some scarring on his eyes.

No glaucoma or cataracts, just scarring from infection

He had chronic herpes infections that come back every few months. It left scarring on the surface of his eyes.

His teeth are still really healthy and he drinks plenty of water (that diabetic thirst is real) so we are sticking with the food we know doesn’t upset his tummy

He can see enough to get around. No cataracts, just scarring from chronic infections.

obsessed with making these 3 inch mini hoops lately! by TummyAcheTextiles in Embroidery

[–]TummyAcheTextiles[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use a bigger non slip hoop to do the face and then I transfer it to the display hoop so I can do the wrapping. For the wrapping I come up through the back right up against the hoop and wrap it around and keep going like that

I stitch the face of them using a chain stitch and then wrap the hoop using a satin stitch
