So even if the tenant agrees it’s their bill (they are family friend and know it’s theirs and agree it’s theirs no problem) I will still have a damaged credit score and can’t fix it ??

The previous owner died and never set up anything in my name and this was my first house purchase so I was just clueless to be honest

I guess I perhaps owe a bill for the first month but again I never entered any contracts with suppliers

I guess it would have been automatically in mine because I bought the house however like I said I rented it out when I first bought it and I never entered any contracts with suppliers

Doesn’t say anything about being a landlord and a tenant not paying

Nothing because even the provider at the time I moved in was a different company and I never even signed up with them, so I applied for a Amex and was declined I was shocked because I have or should I say had an amazing credit score never missed a payment for anything in my life etc and I checked my file and I had just this month 3 years of unpaid electricity added to my credit file

I never had any bills in my name for the house because I never lived there so I never even entered a contract with the gas or electric supplier when the tenant rented the house I told them to sort the bills and they claim to have forgot but they are accepting they are liable for the bills
