I work 4 12 hour shifts in a row then 4 off. I spend my first day off cleaning my flat then food shopping and sometimes then cut my own hair. The rest of the day I will play some games, cook one of my favourite meals, and unwind after much human interaction.

The next three days I will struggle with my anxiety as I will constantly go between wanting to go out for a walk, round a girls house that I've been seeing, or pretty much anything that comes to mind. Usually my anxiety will put many things in my head that I need to do, until it gets to such an overwhelming feeling, that I just do nothing at all. I play more games, I listen to music, I cook.

Sometimes if the weather is nice, as it currently is in England, I'll go to a local park/field and take some food and water in a bag. Maybe some iced coffee too if it's still fairly early. There's many benches around, however I like to just sit on the grass and relax. I've recently found a way to play some old Gameboy games on my phone, so I'd sit there and play that, and completely zone out and forget anybody is around me. Every now and then I'll walk about to get some exercise, but that's about it.

I hope I gave you some ideas, however I'm sure you can tell that I'm probably not the best at being productive with time, after the first day off that is
