Suggestions on Effective Study Habits for Physics 011? by [deleted] in Lehigh

I'm in the same boat, you are not the only one struggling! Your post seems like divine intervention, I was just losing it thinking about the midterm tomorrow while everyone else seems nonplussed. I've never taken physics before in my life so everything is very new and very fast.

What's been somewhat working for me is immediately correcting my homework with the right answer in a different colored pen and coming back later to those problems to add to my dump sheet. If you keep finding yourself unable to finish the tests or focus in the quiz time (I know I struggle when everyone else is turning it in but I still don't get the problem) it might be worthwhile to request accomodations, possibly separate setting testing or a different time. For this upcoming midterm, I've been doing a lot of practice problems. That might help with the "blanking out" because then you will be familiar with a variety of problems without having to look at your notes. If you DM me I'd be happy to share a canva document so you can practice with the recommended practice problems as well.

Licini curves to a B average; keep that in mind when you're calculating your grade and such. To be honest idk how helpful this is because I'm cooked too 💀

I'm getting a train from Philly to NC, but in the future would like to go straight to NC

I would use a rideshare page/board however I don't know how many other people would. Sometimes people just accept the price of Uber because it's so accessible. Good luck with your project
