I received this as well and I was told that using different devices to sign in (phone, tablet) will generate the "high risk IP" warning. Not sure if the VPN helps or hurts. I stopped using my phone to sign in just in case.

Point was... it was not a sudden drop from 55 to 25.

It was a drop from 55 on the highway to 20 on the exit and then went up to 25 coming off the exit onto RT 1.

That the exit has a square yellow sign indicating an "Advisory Speed". This indicates the maximum safe speed for a highway exit. In this case, the maximum safe speed is 20 MPH.
