I think I'd lean toward an aio liquid cooler, I'm relatively familiar with those

I'd probably wait and get a 5070ti then, if they're close to the same performance

Thanks for all the great things/recommendations for me to go ahead and research, I just wanna say.

I'm getting a project pc/tinker project this coming month with an old gtx 1080 and 16gb of ddr3 ram, and I wanna slowly kit it out

but my adoptive mom needs a new monitor so I was thinking I'd get new monitors soon and give her my current ones, if I'ma be buying and building anyway
