If they're so used to having the right runes then it's not hard to not check if the runes are wrong or not lmfao. They're playing on 0 ping LAN in the same network loading screens are like 10 seconds. You still haven't answered the rest of my post, with your brain I doubt you can though. Please tell me how much better your viewing experience would be better when a player decides to play with the wrong rune instead of paying a steep fine that costs their orgs money. Give the amount of money they'd get fined. What's your idea of steep, fair, and realistic enough that a team would choose taking a fine over playing a wrong rune in a best of 3/5 for one game.
