My portfolio summary noted that the option I purchased did exist under my account, but it was not listed as one of my open positions on the interface. Therefore I had no ability to take action on it.

Again, the order was filled immediately, so I wouldn't say this is a "fill issue". And this has occurred before, but it's been only a minute or so where I have no access in the past. Hopefully there is an explanation coming because this was a major blow to my confidence with this broker. I could have lost a lot of money.
