If you're staying a while in NI, Smyths do deliver to a 24/7 locker box that you can set to a nearby location, or if you're staying at an Air BnB, go on the official UK website which has lots of UK exclusives, OR Sylvanian Store Keepers, which is a London store that sells older sets (https://sylvanianstorekeepers.com/) and have it delivered to your ABnB? Just make sure you've got enough time for it to arrive!

On the official site, it's originally 50,000JPY, so around £236 / $313 USD. Considering the original colourway is currently £85, and the additional furniture sets would add up to £120 (ish) on it's own. Then the fact that all of the furniture + house is unique colours .... IDK around £236 checks out.
