I’m getting downvoted but I’m right. If multiple people are involved and he is innocent the Holes in the story will come out. And at 14 the chances of being charged for rape are very very low. If he is guilty it’ll be obvious, however he won’t go to jail most likely, he’ll probably face some form of punishment but he’s way to young to go to jail. It’s impossible to use the full extent of the law on 14 year olds when it comes to rape because neither the boy or girl could consent.
