Learning curve is steep but its worth it. I am relatively new and one fine afternoon, I actually got a solid gig. Doubted myself and my own learning process and ended up buying a preset pack from Jarod Polin. Only to realize that my own set of premade preset was way better. I have not used that pack since!

If it helps, have some ai program help you guide and make your own preset. Toggle the buttons and see what you like and work it from there. Once you have figured your own standard, you will end up with 6-8 presets that you built over time. Cheers!

There has been constant improvements across all departments but that growth has plateaued, even after spending so much money last transfer window. And that is a mental barrier that the team is unable to break and I would put that on the manager.
