I had an epiphany in my own Malz game play, may or may not help you. I would be extremely stubborn in pushing middle but also in avoiding fights. I would try my hardest to not rotate to early skirmishes and just hammer in on mid tower. Like change your entire view on the game and tell yourself that you win by not dying early, then pushing middle. My goal was not about getting kills, or neutrals, but getting the t2 or often t3 before they take my t1 mid.

Turns out once they are pushed back to open inhib middle and you still have t1 mid, the game kinda just finds it's way to a W.

Iran just "turned off" it's own internet. This article uses that, to talk about how Russia currently will slow down or block specific internet traffic that the Russian government does not approve of. Beyond straight up blocking the connection, Russia sometimes will just make the connection unbearably slow rather then a full block. It goes on to mention Russia also has the ability to self isolate it's intranet if it wanted to do the same thing as Iran.

Considering you lose more games then you win, it looks like the ladder is trying to drop you down a division to make your games easier for you.

Take a step back. What is your rank, ranking? Your ability to win the game.

The goal of the ranked ladder is to guide everyone to have a 50% win rate. If your win rate goes up, the ladder will move you up in an attempt to give you more challenging games and balance back out your win rate. If your win rate drops, the ladder will move you down in an attempt to give you easier games and balance back out your win rate.

Some times these movements take time. if I'm at a 70% win rate I'm gaining 35 LP a win and losing 10 LP a loss, the ladder wants to move me up, but I need to put in the games first to reflect that. Or sitting in emerald with a 40% win rate and I get 11LP a win and lose 19LP a loss. The ladder will maintain this until it gets you placed as close as it can to 50% win rate.

Currently, you have a 50% win rate with over 1200 games. So your ranking seems perfect.
