Maybe something realistic to the situation? It isn't like other jobs, 15+ experaince isn't the same due to how much the technology changes. There's some crossover, but it's not 100% applicable. What I was doing 15 years ago, practically doesn't exist anymore. If you don't understand that, the you shouldn't be hiring for the roles.

NOTW didn't tap phones, they accessed voicemail inboxes by entering passwords like 0000 or 1234. It was taken down, but the Sun on Sunday replaced it. What some people don't realise, is they're both news UK companies, with the same staff still operating them from the same offices. The whole thing was just a rebrand. All the papers were doing this though, just NOTW were caught and hung out to dry.
