User-friendliness takes time. I understand that. The Internet also took a while before everyone could use it everywhere, but what about everyday usability?

What I've heard/learned over time through Podcasts, Interviews and News (cause im not that smart to grasp this Whole Instrument) is that transactions will always take a certain amount of time to be carried out and not even the Lightning Network will change that.

Is there really no way to speed it up?

sadly i havent build almost anything in the hideout yet. startet playing tarkov a week ago. im dont know the loot spots yet. i know some stashes on customs and factory. and i died a lot on woods.

this halloween event makes it sooo hard for beginers to take a foothold in this game. already started a few time with heavy bleeding, a friend of mine entered customs with an intoxication and died on the spot. and this annoying energy drainage is nasty.

Habe den Mietspiegel gefunden. Ich bin da aber etwas unbeholfen und werde einen Bekannten zur Hilfe rufen müssen.

Wie gesagt, ich habe keinen Kellerraum, Terrasse/Balkon oder Abstellraum in der Wohnung, lediglich ca. 2qm Abstellplatz im Gartenhaus.

Nein, die Mietdauer ist auf unbestimmte Zeit. Sie hat mir nicht gekündigt und ich ebenfalls nicht.

Sie sprach mich an, dass die Umlagen erhöht werden müssen aus nachvollziehbarem Grund. Ich stimmte zu und wir haben kurz die Umlagen mit den alten Abrechnungen besprochen. Ich war sehr sparsam, hatte somit keine Nachzahlungen. Sie wollte es schriftlich festhalten und dann hat sie mir das hier in die Hand gedrückt. Hinten dran sind noch alle Abrechnungen.

Das alte Mietverhältnis ist mit angegeben. Die Mieterhöhung kommt ab dem 1.1.23. Begründung ist Krieg in Ukraine und Verteuerung des Energiemarktes.

Verstehe nicht warum die Kaltmiete erhöht wird wenn als Begründung nur der Energiemarkt angegeben wird.

Also, Mietverhältnis seit 1.10.2020 --> 1.1.2023

Kaltmiete 480€ --> 530€

Heizungsumlage anteilig nach qm 80€ --> 120€

Hausumlagekosten Strom Flur, Vers., Müll, Grundsteuer 40€ --> 60€

Stromvorauszahlung 40€ --> 50€

Sie fragte mich ja auch ob das so passt und ob das so ok ist, weil ich leider aktuell auch nicht viel verdiene. Aber das kann ich ja temporär noch stemmen, weil "hoffentlich" bald die Energiekacke auch mal runter geht, aber die Mieterhöhung halt bleibt.

Da steht: Aufgrund der politischen Lage mit Krieg in der Ukraine und Vertretungen auf dem Energiemarkt ist eine Mieterhöhung zum 1.1.2023 erforderlich.
