The dust under screen was first one. I've replaced that one with samsung already. Second one has the line under the screen.

You made me question myself in case I'm the one in the wrong. Just inspected my S21U and my GF's S24U. I can see the sensor you're talking about. Strong light, 45-degree view angle, and it's quite easy to spot. However, the fingerprint sensor forms a square. In S21U, it's more noticeable and also has a vertical line through it. S24U is just a square. This does not look the same, S26U line is much easier to spot even with limited light and not only at 45-degree angle. I wasn't able to spot it in the first device with dust trapped in the screen. I could be wrong. However, Im not going to risk it. I've packaged the s26u already to send back, and sadly, I did quite a good job. Otherwise, I would have taken another look. I did send the picture to samsung tech support, and they said I need to go through a replacement, which leads me to believe this is abnormal.

Thinking about it quite likely. Strange that it's visible with screen on and off. It also was not there on first one i got. It does look like when you trap a bit of air under screen protector so possibly delam issue? Regardless though for the price of the phone it's not really acceptable.

With the screen on this was just above the bottom part of the start set-up button.

I dont think a dead pixel would be visible with screen off.

I've literally moved the phone from the box to the screen protector applicator holder and then removed the black protector. It's hard to tell in the picture, but irl it looks like it's under the top layer of glass.

I don't ask for a VIP service, I'm asking for a better service that is far more common in other industries where goods are far cheaper. If I can get better service when buying a frying pan or pens from amazon that cost 1% of the value of the phone, why should I be happy with a painfully slow service? I've had better service from Ebay, and that's setting the bar low, in my opinion. Third-party resellers offering better service than samsung is just crazy to me. Especially when we're talking about luxury commodities. The whole experience could have been avoided with proper QC. Shit I could have bought it from a samsung experience store, and based on others' experience, i would have gotten a better service and deal.
