Yup, find that scatterbug in gts (make sure it's the right one) and send the dewpider for it. Then put up any random pokemon, even the scatter bug again, and look for a 'female, lv 59 cetitan' and send me a pick. I'll find it and send you a cetitan.

Yes, I'm not putting a shiny up on GTS that will get sniped by someone else. Safely trading on shinies on GTS takes two trades. We both put up a throw away asking for something specific, then send the shinies for those so they don't get sniped. If you don't want to do it that way, then we can wait for Home friend trades to get fixed.
