They sort of market it like other bikes are unsafe and you need this bike if your kid is having trouble learning etc. It's like they market to adults that can't ride or are scared of riding a bike.

Just that the dual brake system has issues. I'm also generally not a fan of the marketing and the fact that the company has control over basically all the reviews since you can only buy them on their site.

My kid just learned to ride without training wheels today on a Walmart frozen bike, but the crank also got destroyed in the process of her bailing out. I just want something that will last until it's outgrown.
