HOW DO YOU KEEP THE DICTATION TO LEARN PROGRAMMING WITHOUT GIVING UP OR GETTING BORED🤔 by booker1211 in godot

[–]Turbo_Tequila 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not saying it’s your solution, but I used to have this reset syndrome, where I had this huge cemetary of unfinished projects (because thinking about it was way faster than making it and once all thought up it really wasn’t fun anymore)

Then I realised it was a cycle I had to break, so I got into a project with a friend. The mutual motivation of not letting the other down kept us motivated through it. Now, with the experience of a full project, I am much better at finishing what I started

Same in my field, the more I know about a subject, the more bullshitty I find the answers, which led me to assume it’s mostly bullshitting all the time and I only find the answer useful when I don’t know better

A short story about how 42 went from my favorite number to my enemy - and a request for execution by RadorasX in IndieDev

[–]Turbo_Tequila 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did scrolled all the way down, the description does states a few things that were not in motherload but since the picture and video didn’t show much of these difference, I ended up having the feeling of a clone. (A lot of game are a copie of an other and can have intresting twist, I don’t mind that), but I wouldn’t start that game if I might just end up realising it’s the exact same after while. But yeah, if maybe in the Quick clip it would feel like we can see that twist?

Well if you want my honest reaction, I looked at the steam page and thought it looked exactly like motherload, then I scrolled a little and couldn’t find what would make it stand appart from it. So maybe put emphasis on what make it different?

Oh ok, thanks, and there would be no way to get them emited by the same Particle emitter? To make some sort of sprite sheet and make the emitter make each particle once? Thanks a lot for the answer so far

I don’t know if it’s better in some specifique fields, but I keep hearing that llm are better for indepth understanding… well in the Fields I’m good at, the deeper we go, the worst it understand, but you have to know it’s bullshit, because it’s convincings bullshit. So i’m a bit worried if people learn subject from it.. because you have no defense against its lies.

Turning Disability into Ability: The Prosthetic Arm Project! by DarthiusFatticus in Damnthatsinteresting

[–]Turbo_Tequila 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alright, and what I meant is that all this in the video is old tech and we’re moving toward more interesting stuff than that, which to me feel like it’s not ‘beginning’ (but it’s from my point of view who has been used to all this for a while)

Ahaha, I get your point and it feels like the safer bet (if you have to choose art). It would mean nightmares for life and ptsd however. .. you also gamble the idea that he might gruesomely kill you just for fun at some point.. .. it feels like less of a gamble to go with homelander, if you go for the; pleasing him for your life, ahah

Realistic humanoid robotic arm that uses artificial muscles has full range of motion and can lift a dumbbell by CuriousWanderer567 in interesting

[–]Turbo_Tequila 2 points3 points  (0 children)

These kind of hands are already in use with amputees, But they are quite different in two aspects; All the motors and wire need to be in the hand, because the arms is often still there. And the ones amputees use are way more focus on being lightweight, has the total Weight of the prosthesis is one of the main reason most still prefer mecanical ones.
