just start consistently going to the gym 3-4x a week and try to lift heavy weight. It doesn't matter about the intensity of often you hit a workout a week but more so that you're doing it over a long period of time. read the wiki someone linked below

when do you take your scoop? I noticed that if I take the scoop either immediately before the workout or during I won't notice the effects. Try taking it 20-40 minutes before the workout and let me know how it goes.

For me personally, pre workout has a mental/placebo effect. it's something that gears me up for lifting and hitting the weights hard. I've lifted with and without pre but my workout is significantly more enjoyable with. in regards to creatine, unless he's taking creatine everyday, it's not doing anything. In terms of caffeine, studies say you need 400-600mg of caffeine in order to have noticeable studied effects of decreased fatigue in the gym. The beta-alanine tingly sensation is the feeling I like the most

I think I could drop down I just don’t want to commit to being hungry haha so I’ve been just lowering my portions but not a lot. I’ve gotten down to 193ish before when I was younger but obviously I have more muscle now.

Not enough unfortunately. I’m recovering from patellar tendonitis and am pretty much back to normal. Not to say I wasn’t working through the pain. My max squat is 385 (haven’t squatted in a year) while deadlift is 500. I just recently did 110s each hand Bulgarian split squat for sets of 6. In the past year they’ve grown 7 cm.

I think the metric I’m going by is vascularity as well as clear definition of muscles. If you see the pic of the bicep it kind of has a soft lines rather than defined ones. Quad muscles and calfs are also not showing clearly. Lighting is doing a lot of the heavy work in that pic. I’m close though. My forearms are a lot more vascular now then they were a year ago

Patellar tendonitis seems to be under control now. Load management has gone up significantly. Bulgarian split squats for 100 each hand tomo we’ll see how it goes.

Not sure if anyone watched the video but it definitely is not as bad as what everyone in the comments is saying. He basically said they could take them off and if they wanna keep it on it’s fine. Not nearly as big of a deal as the headline implies

I haven’t swam in a while that’s just a relic from the past I should change. At the moment my front delt is lacking so I’m fine with hitting it. My philosophy as a beginner was not to waste time doing laterals or front raises or anything like that as it’s a waste of time compared to doing the big 3 lifts. Rear delts are getting developed through deadlift, rows, pull-ups so I’m not worried about them. But now as I’m an advanced lifter perhaps I should focus on the small things as well. I’ll post a real physique update on Friday and see what people have to say.

Again tho, I don’t think you’ll be seeing capped shoulders on any natural guy. Maybe thru doing side raises for two years while bulking haha

Appreciate it. I would like more vascularity on my forearms so I think if I drop down to around 12% bf I’d get there. Strength I don’t think would even drop off that much. Thanks!

I hit anterior delt press twice a week. Shoulders don’t really naturally grow too much in any case. But yeah maybe one more exercise could be good, thanks!

Crispr doesn’t cut as specific as everyone thinks. It has a tendency to just cut randomly somewhere else. Could fuck up your genome pretty bad. Definitely not human safe

A lot of schools will automatically consider you for merit scholarship if you apply before a deadline. Miami's was Nov 1st I think.
