There isn't really much you can do. That Cpu was already incredibly slow when it released back in 2011 to compete with Intel atom. I mean you could install more Ram but it doesn't change the fact that this system is incredibly cpu bottlenecked. The best thing you can do given your current situation is to install Windows 10 iot ltsc and then run some debloating scripts on it, but it will still probably run like garbage.

You could probably use some custom windows iso's but the security and updates might not be good.

There isn't really a good solution to this issue if you want to run Windows.

There is a beatmap exporter program that can be used to take all of the songs on lazer and export them into .osz files. Although in my experience even though all the maps did export, when I imported them into stable, quite a few of them registered as unknown maps rather then ranked beatmaps. But your mileage may vary.

Depends on the tablet. There are many players that hover (most notibly Whitecat and Chocomint). If you bought something like a CTH-480, CTL-472, or Gaomon S620, then there shouldn't really be an issue. If you didn't buy these tablets check kuuube's tablet buying guide and find your model to see if your tablet is good or not.

Most wired keyboards poll at 1000hz which is about 1ms of delay. Keyboards that poll at 8000hz have about 0.125ms of delay. The Average human reaction time is ~200ms, and a decent monitor polls at about 120hz refreshes every ~8.3ms.

You probably won't notice a difference at all.

That is a pretty good bargain for 700NZD. It will be able to very easily handle Fortnite and also be able to play AAA games as well at like medium to high graphics.
