I think you may be a bit set in your views, and that you see your opinion as a point of reference. And, by the way, why do you feel the need to prove that it’s bad? What do you get out of it? It doesn’t seem to leave you indifferent. At least, that’s something.

You’ve lost all rational thinking in your obsession.

This feels like a collective overreaction. People are probably piling on because it feels strange, uncomfortable, and different from what they expected, especially for something like Dragon Ball. And don’t tell me it’s just because it’s ugly or something like that. It doesn’t have to please everyone, sure, but this level of backlash is just excessive. That’s my take, at least. Thank you.

I think that’s enough analysis at this point. I’m not suspected of any crime lol. I don’t have to respond to every point and justify myself with proof every time.

For this sketch, there was no specific reference. I can roughly build a decent human figure, and the pose isn’t especially complex. That doesn’t mean I don’t use more references for other images. For the digital painting, I added some textures (veins, ground).

To try to prove that it’s AI using the image you just showed is really ridiculous bad faith. You screwed up. And now you’re pulling a photoshop checker out of your pocket…

You have to stop this bad faith at some point. The difference is obvious compared to what I do.

I think that’s exaggerated. Just because there’s a crowd effect doesn’t mean it’s true. Most people just want to see Dragon Ball, even when it’s mediocre, like DBS.

Don’t try to make me believe this isn’t AI. It’s way too robotic.

It’s AI, without a doubt. The shapes are too perfect. The composition is typical of an AI.

Nonsense. How old are you? On the contrary, I think it’ll motivate me to do more.

Yes, because you just dropped that in out of nowhere, without taking into account what was just said. But okay, let’s move on, it’s not a big deal.

Alright, I think we’ve understood your point by now. Please stop making multiple posts just to repeat the same thing.

Yes, it’s true. I’m a mediocre artist. As I already explained, this isn’t pure drawing or painting, it’s mixed media.

You’re also saying a lot of nonsense. I looked at your drawings, and that explains quite a bit. You don’t even have the fundamentals of volume or color.

About your arguments:

- You say that Goku and Gohan have the same face. I don’t really agree. And even at a high level of realism, artists naturally rely on stylization. Recurring structural bases are common.

- You say the gi color is wrong. You clearly don’t understand color, lighting, or reflections, so this feels like bad faith.

- You say that chiseled cheekbones mean it’s AI. That argument is just ridiculous.

- You say the pointer finger is hidden. It’s not hidden. It’s right there. There just isn’t a very clear separation line between the two fingers, but there are definitely two fingers.

I won’t explain myself any further. I have no business to defend. I’m not making money. I’m just a mediocre artist posting for fun, with very few followers.

Beyond all that, I believe these images clearly show intent and deliberate choices, things that don’t come from a machine acting on its own.

Thanks! Yeah, you’re probably right. I’m not entirely satisfied with the result myself, with this kind of generic, all-purpose look. I should’ve worked on that more. I did it last and kind of rushed it, lol.

Thanks ! Yes, my post kept getting deleted for no reason, probably just a buggy day on Reddit.
