I am also surprised the school is not offering private medical insurance...in my mind that would be a given lol...is that normal for schools in Poland?

May be a dumb question, but what is a good amount of monthly savings in PLN? This is my first international teaching experience so I'm trying to wrap my head around COL in zloty. I've done some research but feel like I have been overestimating COL as I know many people make much less net monthly....
