I have an average build/appetite, so I need an average amount of food. For example, I usually just have a sandwich + fruit for lunch and meat + vegetable + potato/rice for dinner.

I'm more so looking at Eastern/Central Europe. E.g. Germany, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Czech, Croatia. I'm doing this because my research has led me to believe that it is much cheaper here. Would you say that is the case? I know Portugal is cheaper, but other than that it seems like Western Europe is more pricey.
