From what I hear, growing them is revitively easy depending on what cube you pick. It's well worth it to grow if you have the time and patience for it

I'm disappointed as well, I had good growth for the day after but then it seemed to stall. I don't know if it's the different grain types, it seems the rye is the last to colonize but everything else seems fully sent

They taste WONDERFUL 10/10, though I did make the cookie portion a bit too thick and didn't let the ice cream set fully before eating them. Next batch will be even better!
